Project Overview

Pantelis Kritikos is a certified heating, cooling and plumbing technician based in Palaio Faliro, working across the whole of Attica.

The website's job was to present the two service pillars clearly, to prove the technician's credentials, and to move the visitor to the phone with as little friction as possible.

The Goal

Nobody fills in a form during an emergency breakdown. They call. The website had to be the shortest path from the need to the call.

The main goals were:

  • the phone number within reach from anywhere on the site,
  • a clean split between air conditioning and plumbing,
  • credibility proven through certifications, warranty and reviews,
  • coverage of the area-by-area searches across Attica,
  • an experience designed for the phone first.

What We Built

We built a fast, call-first website where every section ends in a single action.

The website includes:

  • the phone number pinned to the header and a fixed call button on mobile,
  • two dedicated service pages, each with 6 specialized services,
  • a section with real photographs from completed jobs,
  • trust elements: manufacturer certification, refrigerant handling licence, insurance cover and a written 12-month warranty,
  • customer testimonials and the Google rating,
  • the list of service areas across Attica,
  • a contact page with a short three-field form,
  • Plumber and HVACBusiness structured data for local search.

    Every service gets its own card with a specific description, from refrigerant refills to sanitizing cleans, so the user knows exactly what they are asking for when they pick up the phone.
