Project Overview

RDESIGN takes on turnkey renovations across Attica, from the survey and the building permits through to supervision and handover. It is led by Irini Rigou, who trained in Interior Architecture & Design.

A renovation client is not buying a service, they are handing over their home. The website had to show taste and technical competence at the same time, and make the quote request the easiest move on every page.

The Goal

In renovation, fear runs stronger than desire: budget overruns, delays, crews that vanish.

The main goals were:

  • an aesthetic that justifies the commission on its own,
  • a clear presentation of all four service categories,
  • completed projects as the proof, with real timelines,
  • a website that works as well in Greek as in English,
  • one action per page: request a quote.

What We Built

We built a minimal website where the typography and the white space do the work, and every section leads to the same place.

The website includes:

  • a homepage with an interactive image trail that follows the cursor and shows the work without explaining it,
  • four service pillars as cards, each listing the work it covers,
  • four dedicated service pages,
  • an index of 10 completed projects with an image preview on hover,
  • a page per project stating its type, area, use and outcome,
  • testimonials from an investor, a professional and a homeowner,
  • a free-estimate form with a category picker,
  • a full English edition,
  • a pinned "Request a Quote" button on every page, including mobile.

    Four pillars, one commission

    Property renovation, survey and project management, engineering and permits, technical works. Each card states exactly what it covers, so the client sees there is no second contractor to find.

    The ten projects of 2025 are listed by name, plainly. Hover brings up the before and after, so the proof arrives for whoever asks for it.

    Every project, its own case study

    Each project page states type, area and use, and closes on the outcome: delivered in 30 days, building permit issued, bank loan handled, continuous supervision.

    On mobile the service cards become a carousel and the "Request a Quote" button stays pinned to the header, on every page.
