Project Overview

I&P GROUP ELECTRONIC SERVICES has been operating since 2004, based in Thessaloniki with a second store in Ptolemaida. It installs and repairs telematics, CCTV, security systems, satellite equipment, telephone centres and vehicle electrics, with an owned fleet of 21 vehicles and round-the-clock support.

Its audience is fleet managers, facilities officers and municipalities, an audience that does not buy from a brochure. They ask three things: do you do this, do you come here, when can you. The website had to answer all three before the first contact.

The Goal

In a technical company, the customer is not comparing services. They are comparing reliability and response time. The owned fleet and the twenty years are the product, as long as they can be seen.

The main goals were:

  • each service area with its own page and its own keywords,
  • area coverage answered by the visitor themselves, without a phone call,
  • the fleet, the years and the client roster working as proof on every page,
  • the security services licence visible where it counts, on the security systems,
  • and one clean path to a quote or a call, from anywhere on the site.

What We Built

We built a website with a technical, dark aesthetic and a signature of its own: a live circuit running through the dark sections, its nodes lighting up as the visitor descends. The typography pairs serif headings with monospaced data, so the numbers read as measurements.

The website includes:

  • a homepage leading with the fleet, the experience counters and the client roster,
  • six service pages, one per area, each with its scope, methodology and audience,
  • a coverage page with all 21 prefectures and a postal code checker,
  • a separate 5G internet application path, with a second form for partners,
  • a company page with the story since 2004 and the two stores,
  • a quote form delivered to the company inbox through a serverless endpoint,
  • and a persistent call bar on mobile, visible on every page.

Key Features

Every item below, on the real screen it lives on.

  1. 01

Six areas, six pages that get found

Telematics, CCTV, security systems, satellite, telephone centres, vehicle electrics. Each area has its own page with its own title and meta description, so it competes for its own searches instead of disappearing into a list.

  2. 02

Every service with its own quote

Each area page explains the scope, the methodology and who it serves, with the quote button and the phone number in the same frame as the description. The manager who understood what they need never has to search for where to ask.

  3. 03

The coverage checker answers before the phone does

The visitor types their postal code and gets an answer naming the prefecture. The check runs against the real list of 182 serviced codes, not a vague claim of nationwide reach.

  4. 04

On mobile, the phone number never hides

The dark technical aesthetic carries intact to the small screen, with a persistent «Call now / Quote» bar pinned to the bottom. Whatever page the visitor is on, the call is one tap away.

Project Outcome

The website gives the company what it was missing: a presence that works before the phone call. The fleet manager searching for telematics finds a telematics page, the municipality searching for CCTV finds a CCTV page, and each of them checks for themselves whether their area is covered. By the time they reach the form, they already know they are in the right place.
